Steel Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Steel Fabrication Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural steel fabrication, team supervision, and quality assurance in industrial or construction environments.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of steel fabrication workshop and site teams.
• Review and interpret fabrication drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure fabrication work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Allocate manpower and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor progress and productivity; provide regular updates to project management.
• Conduct inspections to verify dimensional accuracy and weld quality.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and housekeeping standards in the fabrication area.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies and HSE guidelines.

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiar with safety procedures and quality control standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Transferable Iqama.
