Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
Lead and manage the marketing team, including brand, digital, content, performance, communications, and creative units.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt strategy and identify new opportunities.
Set clear goals, KPIs, and budget forecasts for the department and ensure effective resource allocation.

Brand & Communication

Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Lead PR, media relations, internal communication, and corporate reputation efforts.
Champion the voice of the customer and ensure brand experience aligns with consumer expectations.

Digital & Performance Marketing

Drive data-driven campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content strategy.
Measure ROI of marketing efforts using analytics tools and performance metrics.
Ensure marketing technology tools (CRM, automation, analytics) are effectively utilized.

Product & Campaign Management

Collaborate with product, sales, and business development teams to launch and promote new products or services.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline) to generate leads and enhance customer engagement.
Oversee events, promotions, and activations, both in-person and virtual.

Team Development & Budgeting

Recruit, train, and mentor marketing professionals to build a high-performing team.
Manage departmental budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
8–15+ years of marketing experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in creating and executing full-funnel marketing strategies across B2C or B2B environments.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, market research, and customer analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
