Counselor Coordinator / Relationship Manager

Requirements
*Bilingual* (English + Second Language, e.g., Arabic )
✔ Degree in Psychology/Counseling/Education (Master’s preferred)
✔ Proven experience in school counseling and relationship management
✔ Strong skills in conflict resolution, and emotional counseling
✔ Ability to coordinate with teachers, parents and students effectively

Responsibilities
- Provide academic, emotional, and behavioral
counseling for students (KG–Grade 10)
- liaison between parents, teachers, and administration
- Conduct workshops on mental health, bullying
prevention, and career planning
- Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary
- Manage *crisis situations and provide referrals if needed

Preferred
Certification in *child psychology or educational counseling*

Candidate must have valid iqama , Must be married and Must be available in Saudi Arabia for personal interview.
