Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the maintenance of commercial coffee machines and general upkeep of coffee kiosk operations. This role involves supervising a team of technicians, conducting hands-on repair and preventive maintenance, and ensuring all coffee equipment and kiosk infrastructure operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Coffee Machine Maintenance
Supervise and support a team of technicians in the repair and maintenance of professional coffee machines, with expertise in La Marzocco, Cimbali, Rancilio, etc.
Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled servicing.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintain detailed service logs.
Liaise with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for technical support and parts procurement.
Oversee machine installation, commissioning, and emergency breakdown response.
General Kiosk Maintenance
Manage and carry out maintenance tasks across coffee kiosks, including:
Electrical and plumbing systems
Lighting, signage, water filtration, and ventilation systems
Fixtures, countertops, cabinetry, storage areas, etc.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, hygiene, and operational compliance.
Coordinate external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs when required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience with La Marzocco, Cimbali, Rancilio, etc.
Strong background in general kiosk or retail maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a technical role.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Technical certification or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or related fields preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
On-site presence required at multiple kiosk locations.
Availability for emergency call-outs or off-hours maintenance if needed.
Ability to lift tools and equipment and work in confined spaces.
