A reputed 5-star resort in Bahrain is currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Arabic-Speaking Waitress to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for someone who:
• Warmly greet and welcome our guests, making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Engage with guests in both Arabic and English, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present our menu with enthusiasm and provide helpful recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure they are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to our service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with grace and professionalism.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Is fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and preferably written).
• Has previous experience as a waitress in a similar environment (preferred).
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Is friendly, outgoing, and has a positive attitude.
• Is well-groomed and maintains a professional appearance.
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Has basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
