Male SPA Therapist

A well known 5-star resort is seeking a highly skilled and professional Male Therapist to join our exceptional spa and wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing outstanding therapeutic treatments to our discerning guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. With 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar high-end environment, the Male Therapist will possess a comprehensive understanding of various massage techniques and a passion for promoting wellness.

Responsibilities:

Provide a range of professional massage therapies and body treatments, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, aromatherapy, and hot stone massage.
Conduct thorough guest consultations to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor treatments accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Ensure the treatment rooms are clean, well-organized, and properly stocked with necessary supplies.
Adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Actively promote spa services and retail products to guests.
Collaborate effectively with other spa team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.
Adhere to resort policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience of 3-4 years working as a therapist in a luxury spa or wellness setting.
Certification and/or diploma from a recognized massage therapy school.
Excellent knowledge of various massage modalities and body treatments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Valid certification to work in Bahrain (if applicable).
