Arabic Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Arabic Restaurant Manager at our prestigious 5-star resort in Bahrain. who will be responsible for overseeing the seamless and profitable operation of our signature Arabic dining venue. You will lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional dining experiences that showcase the rich culinary heritage and warm hospitality of the region. Your deep understanding of Arabic cuisine, exceptional service standards, and proven leadership skills will be crucial in creating a vibrant and authentic atmosphere that delights our discerning guests and enhances their overall resort experience

• Proven experience 3-5 years in a management role within a high-quality restaurant, preferably specializing in Arabic cuisine, within a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
• Deep knowledge and passion for Arabic food, culture, and hospitality.
• Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal, including in Arabic and English), and interpersonal skills.
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
