Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to human resources management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation plans, including payroll processing and performance management.
- Handle employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HR management and employment laws.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop succession plans for key positions.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the Bahraini market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
