We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Bahrain.
Location: Bahrain (Local candidates only)
Experience Required: 3 to 4 years
Job Type: Full-time
???? Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to end users (hardware, software, network)
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other peripherals
Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operations
Support in system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
✅ Requirements:
3 to 4 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Must be currently based in Bahrain
