We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team in Djibouti!
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in managing operations in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast food chain, similar to McDonald's, Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King, etc.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of store operations, customer service, and food safety standards.
Ability to train, motivate, and lead diverse teams.
Willingness to relocate and be based in Djibouti full-time.
