Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Coordinate and manage executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Screen incoming calls, emails, and requests; handle them when appropriate.
• Make travel arrangements for the CEO and prepare detailed travel itineraries and expense reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Assist with research and data collection to support strategic decision-making.
• Support project management efforts and track progress on CEO-led initiatives.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, filing documents, and managing records.
Preferred Experience: 3-5 Years
