PLANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Electrical)

We are a Medical Waste Treatment company and we are interested to hire a PLANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our Plant located in Sudair Industrial Area - Riyadh

ROLE & DUTIES:
 Machine operation and daily reporting on all production and maintenance situation of the operations to the Plant Management.
 Execution of the maintenance program/ activities of both mechanical & electrical works.
 Follow up to the provided Maintenance Schedule/ Plan (Preventive & Corrective) type from the management.
 Proficiently work with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
 Analyze and interpret ladder logic diagrams for control systems.
 Modify and optimize existing PLC control wirings to enhance system performance.
 Familiarity with relays, field devices, and their maintenance.
 Ability to read and interpret single line diagrams and control diagrams.
 Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical faults and issues within control systems.
 Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.
 Safety-conscious and compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
 Provide support on all scenario and situation in the Operations & Maintenance. Other duties as per daily operations can be assigned.

REQUIRMENTS:
• Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in operations of manufacturing or Industrial field.
• Basic Reporting Skills. Able to use MS Office.
• Experience in Shredder technology, autoclave systems and Incinerators is preferable.
• Knowledge/ experience in mechanical fabrication works is preferable.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Should be able to handle a team of 7 to 10 workers.
• Physically Fit & Strong personality, able to communicate in English & Arabic (preferable).
• Bachelor/ Diploma Holder in Electrical as major.
• Transferable Iqama and available in KSA to Join Immediately.
• Job duty will be in Shift format.
• Driving License (preferable).

SALARY:
• Basic monthly salary will be determined as per experience & knowledge
• Transportation & Accommodation provided by Company, plus Food allowance

• Yearly paid vacation of 1 month with Return Ticket
