Job Description
* Handle guest billing and process payments (cash, card, room charge, etc.).
* Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
* Provide excellent customer service and assist with billing inquiries.
* Prepare and submit daily cashier reports to the accounting department.
* Follow hotel financial policies and security procedures.
* Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth guest checkout experiences.
* Ensure compliance with payment regulations and data protection standards.
* Previous experience in hospitality or cashiering is preferred
