Required An Architect (Male - Filipino Nationality)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Architect with a strong portfolio and proven experience in architectural design and project execution. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for various projects.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and CRPEP standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee design development from concept to construction stages.

Provide innovative and practical design solutions that align with project goals and budget.

Incorporate thermal regulation standards into project designs to ensure energy efficiency and compliance with environmental guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.

CRPEP license is mandatory (registration with the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions in Bahrain).

Male candidate of Filipino nationality only.

Must be currently residing in Bahrain with valid documentation.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.

Strong knowledge of Bahraini building codes and construction standards.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
