Legal Consultant

Position Summary:

The Legal Consultant will work closely with the legal and business teams to provide expert advice on various legal issues, from corporate governance to regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a proactive and solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on a wide range of topics, including corporate law, intellectual property, contract negotiations, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the company’s objectives and resolve legal issues.
• Assist in managing corporate governance matters, including advising on board and shareholder meetings.
• Stay current on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry and ensure the company remains compliant.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company’s interests.
• Collaborate with other departments, including HR, finance, and operations, to address legal concerns in a practical and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
• Degree from an accredited law school (If Applicable).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal consultant, corporate attorney, or in a similar legal advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in-house or with a corporate legal department.
