#### **Position Overview:**
We are seeking a **highly skilled and results-driven Debt Collector** with **team leadership experience** to oversee and enhance our collection operations. The ideal candidate will have a **strong understanding of debt recovery processes**, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to **lead and motivate a team** to achieve collection targets while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Debt Recovery:** Manage and execute **effective collection strategies** to recover outstanding debts.
- **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and **motivate a team of debt collectors** to ensure high performance.
- **Compliance & Regulations:** Ensure all collection activities adhere to **legal and ethical standards**.
- **Client & Debtor Communication:** Handle **negotiations, payment plans, and dispute resolutions** professionally.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Track **team performance**, set targets, and implement improvement strategies.
- **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare **detailed reports** on collection progress, challenges, and solutions.
- **Escalation Management:** Address **complex cases** and collaborate with legal teams when necessary.

#### **Required Qualifications & Skills:**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in debt collection, with **at least 1 year in a leadership role**.
- **Strong knowledge** of debt recovery laws and financial regulations.
- **Excellent negotiation and communication skills** (English required; Arabic preferred).
- **Proven ability** to lead and manage a team effectively.
- **Proficiency in CRM systems** and collection software.
- **Ability to handle high-pressure situations** with professionalism.
