Cleaner/Housekeeper

We are a reputable cleaning company specializing in housekeeping and cleaning services per hour (House to House), and we are currently seeking a Housekeeper/Cleaner Ladies descent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
2. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.
3. Ensure all rooms and common areas are well-maintained and presentable.
4. Clean and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
5. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in a hygienic manner.
6. Restock supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
7. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Complete assigned cleaning and housekeeping tasks efficiently and to high-quality standards.
9. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients and team members.


Requirements:

1. Looking for cleaners/housekeepers’ ladies only from the Philippines/Indonesia/Nepal
2. Must have valid residency in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
3. Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred.
4. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
5. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
6. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
7. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
9. Effective communication skills to understand clients' requirements and provide excellent customer service.
10. Positive and friendly attitude, with a dedication to delivering exceptional cleaning services.

• Working Hours: 8 to 10 hours per day
• Days Off: 1 day off per week
• Overtime: Overtime hours will be compensated as per Ministry of labor policy.
