ERP Implementation Specialist

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

1–2 years of experience in ERP implementation.

Familiarity with finance and inventory domains is a plus.

Ability to provide technical support and training to ERP end-users.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Proficient in handling user complaints, providing timely solutions, and ensuring effective follow-up.

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

A valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.
