Position: GoLite Ticket Issuer (IATA Certified Travel Agency – Bahrain)

We are currently hiring a GoLite Ticket Issuer to join our travel agency team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have experience in airline ticketing and a good understanding of IATA and low-cost carrier systems.
Location: Bahrain Nationality Preferred: Indian Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate preferred


Key Responsibilities: • Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets via GoLite and GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre) • Ensure fare rules and airline policies are correctly applied • Communicate with clients regarding itinerary changes, refunds, and fare differences • Maintain accuracy to prevent ADM issues • Coordinate with airlines for support as needed


Requirements: • Prior experience as a ticket issuer (GoLite experience is a must) • Familiarity with IATA regulations and low-cost carrier policies • Proficiency in English (Hindi is a plus) • Good communication and attention to detail • Must be based in Bahrain or willing to relocate
