HIRING: Air Cargo Freight Forwarder (Sales-Focused) – Bahrain
A boutique logistics firm in Bahrain is hiring an experienced Air Cargo Freight Forwarder with a clear focus on sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Bring in new air freight clients
Provide freight quotes quickly and professionally
Manage end-to-end shipments (booking, documentation, clearance, delivery)
Build strong relationships with airlines, clients, and 3rd party vendors
Coordinate trucking, warehouse, and delivery as needed

You Must Have:
Minimum 2+ years in air freight forwarding
Proven experience bringing in business
Strong knowledge of AWB, airline systems, clearance & handling
Fluent English communication
IATA or cargo certification (preferred)
Self-driven and confident handling clients directly

Position:
Based in Bahrain
Immediate start
Boutique environment (low volume, high service)
Salary + performance bonus (based on shipments closed)
