Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Job Overview:
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and provide corrective action as needed.
Procurement & Tendering: Oversee procurement, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts.
Contract Management: Administer contracts, manage variations, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Site Visits & Reporting: Conduct site visits to ensure quality, progress, and compliance with contracts.
Final Accounts: Prepare and agree on final project accounts, resolving any financial discrepancies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS) preferred.
Experience: Experience in construction project management and QS roles.
Skills: Proficient in QS software, strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
