Agricultural Engineer -Hail

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced agricultural engineer to oversee the management and development of our farm located in Hail, Saudi Arabia. Our farm is home to a diverse range of trees that thrive in the region, and we are looking for an expert to ensure their optimal growth and productivity.



Responsibilities:

• Supervise the cultivation and maintenance of various tree species.

• Develop and implement effective irrigation and fertilisation plans.

• Monitor and control pests, diseases, and other environmental challenges.

• Conduct soil analysis and recommend necessary improvements.

• Oversee planting, pruning, and harvesting schedules.

• Train and manage farm workers to ensure high standards of care.

• Innovate sustainable and efficient farming practices.

• Prepare regular reports on farm performance and progress.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience managing farms, especially with trees or crops in similar climates.

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, pest control, and soil management.

• Familiarity with the agricultural conditions of Hail or similar regions is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with workers and management.
