We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven track record in driving sales and operational excellence in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and develop the store team to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local health/safety regulations (e.g., Balady rules).
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Analyze sales performance data and implement improvements where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supermarket/Store Manager in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop business strategies.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
