Job Description
We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to oversee daily operations at construction or industrial sites. The General Foreman will manage crew members, coordinate tasks, and ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of workers on-site, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
Plan and schedule work tasks, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, report on performance, and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Salary 2,500 to 3,500 plus accommodation and transportation.
