Counter Sales Staff are responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter by providing product information, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. They maintain inventory levels, organize displays, and offer recommendations to customers based on their needs. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and product knowledge are key to this role. Additionally, counter sales staff handle cash or card transactions, manage returns or exchanges, and help with stock replenishment. They must ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Salary 2,500 to 3,000 plus commission.
