Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
Dust and wipe down furniture, desks, windowsills, and other surfaces.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring supplies (e.g., toilet paper, soap) are replenished.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchens or break rooms, including washing dishes and wiping surfaces.
Clean and sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and shared equipment.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and notify the supervisor when supplies are low.
Report any maintenance issues, such as leaks or damaged fixtures, to the office manager.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Ensure compliance with company hygiene and health standards.
Identify and report potential safety hazards or concerns in the office environment.
Additional Duties:
Assist with setting up meeting rooms or common areas for events or meetings.
Provide assistance with other ad-hoc cleaning or maintenance tasks as required.
