**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, faxing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- **Email and Correspondence Management:** Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information, schedules, and office inventory.
- **Customer Service:** Provide assistance to clients, customers, and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- **Office Maintenance:** Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
