CNC Programmer

Job Summary:

A leading precision machining company in Dubai is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with a strong background in SolidCAM (SolidWorks) and high-precision component manufacturing.
This role requires deep knowledge of CNC programming and hands-on experience in machining processes. You'll work closely with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of complex parts from drawing to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using SolidCAM (SolidWorks)
• Interpret CAD models, technical drawings, and GD&T documentation
• Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds to ensure precision and efficiency
• Support CNC setup and trial runs to validate programs
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs when needed
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams for part validation
• Maintain organized program files and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement in programming and machining practices

Qualification &Skills:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC programming with SolidCAM (SolidWorks)
• Strong knowledge of precision machining (metal/plastic components)
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and GD&T
• Hands-on experience in CNC setup and operation (lathe/milling) is a plus
• Familiarity with other CAM tools (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX, Fusion360) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
