Job Description

Job Title: Sales Engineer
Function: Precision Engineering / CNC Machining / Tool & Die Manufacturing
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

A leading precision engineering company based in Dubai is looking for a Sales Engineer with solid experience in the CNC machining and manufacturing sector. The ideal professional will have strong technical knowledge of CNC machining parts and a proven track record in UAE-based sales. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing accurate estimates for machining parts, and providing technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing and engineering sectors
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting to management

Qualification &Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in technical sales (preferably in CNC machining or precision parts)
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (2D & 3D CAD)
• Experience in machining cost estimation including material, machining, and finishing costs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client meetings and presentations
• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mech)
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE
