Key Responsibilities:

4. Meet and exceed sales targets by driving business growth.
5. Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance client satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Key Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team to meet sales goals.
