Estimator/Quantity Surveyor - Civil

• To prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for civil construction projects.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project scope and identify any potential issues.
• Research and analyze historical data, market trends, and industry standards to inform cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Create and maintain a database of cost information, including materials, labor rates, and equipment costs.
