*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the GCC, with a focus on Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
*Strong knowledge of Bahraini and Saudi labor laws, including employment contracts, termination, compensation, and employee rights.
*Experience working in a multi-jurisdictional HR environment.
*Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
*Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
