Role Description
This is a full-time Chef De Partie role located on-site in Manama. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the culinary team to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food to the highest standard, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines
Assist the head chef in developing and designing new menu items
Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
Supervise and train junior members of the kitchen team
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Monitor and control stock levels and assist with inventory management
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a chef de partie or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a healthy restaurant.
Strong culinary and cooking skills
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
