Job Title: Front of House for a newly bakery

Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our team as Front of House. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in keeping cafe in propper mannet, managing cashier transactions, assisting with inventory tasks, and participating in products preparations to ensure a delightful experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coffee Preparation:
Would be a plus

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences.
Ensure a clean and inviting environment for customers.


Inventory Management:

Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
Monitor and restock coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent shortages and waste.
Communicate with the management team to report inventory needs.

Product Preparation:

Participate in minor baking preparations, including measuring and mixing ingredients.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace at the bakery and cafe
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a customer service role or barista is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
