Join our leading joinery company as a Project Manager and play a crucial role in overseeing our production operations. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our team and ensure efficient and high-quality production. If you have a minimum of 10 years of joinery manufacturing experience along with excellent leadership and organizational abilities, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and manage joinery projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
2. Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
3. Prepare project schedules and allocate resources accordingly, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
4. Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers. Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders.
5. Organize work effectively and efferent to ensure timely completion of projects.
6. Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labor schedule.
7. Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project.
8. Attending site meetings to establish a scope of works.
9. Provide regular project status updates to clients, senior management, and project teams.
10. Able to prepare project schedules in MS Projects.
