A well-established joinery and fit-out company in Bahrain is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Salesperson with proven experience in the joinery and interior fit-out sector. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the local market, established industry connections, and a successful sales track record.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and follow up on new business opportunities within Bahrain.
2. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and clients.
3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with design and production teams to meet client expectations.
4. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.
5. Attend client meetings, site visits, and provide after-sales support as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the joinery or interior fit-out industry within Bahrain.
Strong understanding of joinery products, production techniques, and pricing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain a client base.
Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred).
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
