Senior Accountant

1. Managing the general accounting functions

2. Develops accounting organizational strategies by contributing accounting and financial goals

3. Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements

4. Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring

5. practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization

6. Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and analysis of data,

7. Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations.

8. Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, journal, ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expenses report reconciliation, cash applications, collections and payroll.

9. Responsible for delivering, timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management report, and balance sheet reconciliation.

10. Responsible for cash management

11. Process new customer credit references and assign credit limits and terms.

12. Determine internal audit scope and develop actual plan

13. Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.

14. Following up with recoveries
