Maintenance Mechanical Technician

JOB PURPOSE:
Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Mechanical, pneumatics controls maintenance & any engineering related works in safe, good, and cost-effective manner within the given time frames.


Key Skills/Experience Required – specific education/certification, specific functional experience, language etc NEEDED for the job to tackle:
• Diploma in Mechanical.
• Gear drives, Pneumatic, Hydraulics system bank valves & Pneumatics cylinders, valves working background
• Static & Dynamic Equipment Troubleshooting hands on experience
• Read & Write AutoCAD, PID drawing knowledge
• Mechanical safety standards awareness
• Maintenance Planning & execution system.
• TACKLE through HMI & OIT operation.


EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
• Can read plans/schematic drawings (in the field of qualification)
• Have knowledge in operating and automation & Robotic systems.
• Malfunctions and technical trouble shooting ability
• Follow the inventory SOP & reporting through SAP system, outlook & online MS.
• Team player
• Flexible in tolerating to changes/challenges and accepting new ideas.
• Can lead modifications and small projects
• Able to do mechanical works independently & support.
• Have Quality and Food Safety QFS systems and policies knowledge.
• Environment, Health and Safety EHS systems and policies knowledge.
• Have good written communication skills
• Have a general knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications).
• Have good command in English language.
• Can support and motivate others.
• Analytical thinker.
• Maintain housekeeping.
• Tools inventory to follow.
• Mechanical safety standard’s accomplishment.
• Understand the EHS, Food Safety, AIB & PeMM audits & standards.
