Business Unit Head – Industrial Products & Safety

Major Objectives of the Job:
 Develop strategic plan to grow the Industrial Products, Workwear, Height Safety, PPE & On site
stores business in Saudi Arabia
 Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees,
establishing a motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes
 Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality
 Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships &
“localizing manufacturing of workwear”, Setting of “Height safety training center” & “launching a retail
segment”
 Provide guidance and feedback to help strengthen & build the team in specific areas
 Formulate Growth plan for each individual staff of the Organization by grooming them to create future
leaders/Managers

Main Responsibilities
 Responsible & accountable for the bottom-line profits & growing the business YOY
 Working with Managers & employees within & building a dynamic team in the areas of sales,
services, manufacturing and distribution
 Ensure the growth of Division through developing & implementing effective strategic plans & expand
business into identified areas.
 Ensuring that each staff has clearly defined KPI’s which are effectively monitored & adhered to
 Ensure that we have an active presence in trade shows & exhibitions & safety forums
 Developing social media accounts & websites in conjunction with the marketing officer to engage
existing customers and establish positive public relations

Qualification
1. Bachelor Degree (Preferable Management background)

Competence
1. Approximately 8-10 years of experience in Management in a similar field Preferable - experience in Gulf
2. Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on strategies to meet company objectives.
