Supermarket Sales Rep

As a Supermarket Sales Rep in a Convenience Store (C-Store), you will be responsible of Cashier/Sales, Merchandise, other aspects of store operations, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience. You will be part of a team that will drive sales growth, uphold store standards, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibility: Operational Excellence
- Ensure daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and manage vendor relationships to ensure adequate product availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct regular store inspections to assess cleanliness, organization, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.

Responsibility: Customer Engagement
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and handling complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop initiatives to enhance the customer experience, such as loyalty programs, promotional events, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibility: Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing the sale of tobacco, and other restricted products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses, preparing reports as required by management and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with corporate offices and support teams to implement company initiatives, policies, and procedures effectively.

As a Sales rep in a Convenience Store (C-Store), you play an Important role in driving the success of the store through operational excellence, team support, customer engagement, sales management, and compliance. Your dedication and leadership will contribute to the store's reputation as a trusted destination for convenient and quality products and services.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience within the Super Market industry (2 year minimum and 4+ years preferably)
- Experience in dealing with customers (2-4 years)
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft suits.
- Speaks and writes professional English very well and Arabic at a working capacity
