Job Title: Registration & Administrative Coordinator
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Coordinator to handle administrative tasks and manage company registrations across various client and government portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting management in daily admin operations and overseeing the entire supplier registration process with target companies and entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register SAUDIROD in procurement and vendor portals (e.g., ARAMCO, MA’ADEN, SABIC, SEC, cement companies, etc.)
- Follow up on registration applications and respond to inquiries from client procurement departments
- Prepare and submit all required legal, technical, and commercial documents
- Track application status and maintain an up-to-date registration log
- Assist in creating and organizing documentation for prequalification packages
- Coordinate internal approvals and documentation with management
- Handle general administrative duties and internal coordination tasks
- Prepare and respond to emails in Arabic and English professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in admin or procurement coordination preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Well-organized with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple registration processes simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience in vendor registration with major Saudi companies
- Familiarity with SAP ARIBA and online procurement platforms
