* 15 years of experience
* Must have worked on multi-storey buildings or 4–5 star hotel projects

2️⃣ Sr. Planning Engineer
* 15 years of experience
* Must have handled 35-storey buildings or 4–5 star hotel projects

3️⃣ Site Engineers
* 3–5 years of experience
* Disciplines: Electrical / Fire Fighting / HVAC / Plumbing

4️⃣ Safety Officers
* 5–10 years of experience
* Must have tower project experience

5️⃣ BIM Manager – Revit
* 12 years of experience in modeling (industrial projects preferred)
