Job Vacancy: Student Counsellor – Ednova Educate (Manama, Bahrain)
We are a well-established educational institute in Manama, Bahrain, seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Counsellor to join our team (NB: preferably Indian with relevant experience as an Academic Counsellor or Sales pitching background).
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students on course selections, career options, and academic planning.
• Handle student inquiries and provide effective counselling to prospective and enrolled students.
• Support the admissions process, including follow-ups with students and parents.
• Organise and participate in student orientation, workshops, and events.
• Maintain accurate counselling records and reports.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, or related field.
 Prior experience in counselling, student services, the education sector or sales is preferred.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
 Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds.
