Job Summary:
The HR cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing both human resources and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This role requires a professional who can handle employee relations, recruitment, office administration, and compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
Prepare and process payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Handle employee grievances and provide support in conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Assist in performance management and employee appraisal processes.
Organize employee training, engagement, and development programs.
Administration:
Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records.
Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff as needed.
Support in planning and execution of office events or meetings.
Monitor and control office expenses within budget.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR and/or Admin roles.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
