PURCHASE, STORE AND LOGISTIC IN CHARGE

Vacancy – Purchase, Store & Logistic In-Charge

We are looking for a Purchase, Store & Logistic In-Charge with 4–5 years of experience in the Rotating Equipment industry, including bearings, tools, and machining.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement within the rotating equipment industry.

Strong knowledge of vendors, spare parts, and materials related to pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Ability to handle procurement planning, cost control, and timely material availability.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities for rotating equipment, bearings, tools, and spare parts.

Develop and maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships.

Ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports for management.

Coordinate closely with production, planning, and finance departments for smooth operations.
