We are looking for a Customer Executive to join our team in Jeddah. The role requires handling incoming customer queries and ensuring they are transferred efficiently to the concerned departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
• Understand and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Route queries to the correct department and ensure proper follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Support in improving customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
• Based in Jeddah and available for immediate start.
• Female candidates only (due to the nature of the work).
• Strong communication skills with fluency in multiple languages (Arabic and English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and professionalism.
