We are looking for American style Burger Chef for one of our Burger Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare, season, and cook high-quality burgers, sides, and accompaniments according to recipes and restaurant standards.
-Ensure proper use of grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment.
-Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
-Create new burger recipes and innovative menu ideas in line with food trends and customer preferences.
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
-Monitor stock levels of ingredients, minimize wastage, and assist in inventory management.
-Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
-Uphold high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork in the kitchen.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Proven experience as a Burger Chef, Grill Chef, or similar role in a professional kitchen.
-In-depth knowledge of burger preparation, grilling techniques, seasoning, and flavor pairing.
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
-Strong understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
-Creativity in recipe development and plating techniques.
-Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Education & Experience
-Culinary degree/diploma preferred (not mandatory if candidate has strong experience).
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
-Prior experience in a fast-paced burger restaurant or gourmet food concept is highly desirable.
