About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Mandoob to join our banana import and distribution business. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding sales channels, and ensuring timely delivery and collections in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell imported bananas to wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, and other target customers.

Develop and maintain a strong client base, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets and market expansion goals.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and gather competitor insights.

Ensure timely order delivery and assist in collections/payment follow-ups.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Act as the company’s representative (Mandoob) for official tasks when required (documents, permits, etc.).

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth distribution and customer service.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably in fresh fruits / FMCG / food distribution.

Knowledge of the local market (wholesalers, retailers, fruit markets).

Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory).

Good communication and negotiation skills (Arabic required, English is a plus).

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Transferable Iqama (for expatriates).
