Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Lebanese Grill Chef to join our team. The chef will be responsible for preparing and grilling authentic Lebanese dishes such as kebabs, sheesh tawuk, kofta and awsal, while ensuring high quality, taste, and presentation. Duties include marinating meats, operating grills, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in Middle Eastern cuisine, strong knowledge of spices and marinades, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, marinate, and grill meats, poultry.

Maintain authentic Lebanese flavors and presentation.

Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist in ordering.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Work closely with kitchen staff to provide timely service.


Requirements:

Proven experience as a grill chef, preferably in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine.

Knowledge of traditional Lebanese recipes and cooking techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
