Position: Site Foreman (Structural & Finishing Works)
Location: Eastern Province (Dammam – Qatif – Khobar)
Company: Al Shati Al Sharqi General Contracting

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead workers (carpenters, steel fixers, masons, finishing teams) on site.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and ensure accurate implementation.
• Work hands-on with the team when required to achieve productivity targets.
• Distribute daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safety standards.
• Report daily site activities to management.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of structural and finishing works.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building construction (structural & finishing).
• Strong knowledge of reading and applying architectural/structural drawings.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and solve site problems.
• Valid driving license and ability to move between sites in the Eastern Province.

Benefits:
• Basic salary: 2000 –2,500 SAR.
• Profit-sharing: 3–5% from project profits supervised.
• Completion bonus: 2,000 SAR per project delivered on time with approved quality.
